Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges requested within 7 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and has all original tags attached.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Please contact us at info@yagi-shouten.jp. Once your request has been confirmed, we will provide the return address. For returns made for the customer’s convenience, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items returned without contacting us in advance cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

If the requested item is in stock, we will arrange an exchange. If it is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

Time limit	More than 7 days have passed since delivery
Condition	The item has been used, has no tags, or is missing its original packaging
Excluded items	Sale items and customized items

Defective or Incorrect Items

We will arrange an exchange or refund at our expense. Please contact info@yagi-shouten.jp promptly after delivery.
