Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions governing use of the YASIMA online store (the “Service”), operated by Yagi Shouten Co., Ltd. (the “Store”). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Products)

Our products are handcrafted using natural materials. Due to the characteristics of these materials, variations in color, texture, and pattern may occur. Colors may also appear different from the actual product depending on your monitor settings. Please understand this before purchasing.

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)

The following conduct is prohibited when using the Service:

  • Placing an order using another person’s information or entering false information
  • Interfering with operation of the Store or otherwise violating applicable laws and regulations

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights in the images, text, and designs on this website belong to Yagi Shouten Co., Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or secondary use is prohibited.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Store shall not be liable in the following circumstances:

Natural variations Variations in color, texture, or pattern resulting from the characteristics of natural materials
Color differences Differences between the displayed and actual colors caused by monitor settings
Delivery delays Delivery delays beyond the Store’s control, including those caused by natural disasters or transportation conditions

Article 6 (Payment and Delivery)

Payment methods, payment timing, and delivery timing are as stated in the Legal Notice under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Article 7 (Returns and Exchanges)

The conditions for returns and exchanges are as stated in the Legal Notice under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Article 8 (Account Registration)

Some features of the Service may require account registration. Customers must keep their registration information accurate and up to date and are responsible for managing their login ID, password, and other credentials.

Article 9 (Changes to These Terms)

The Store may change these Terms without prior notice when it considers such changes necessary. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this website.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute relating to the Service.

Supplementary Provision

These Terms take effect on July 28, 2026.
