Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days after confirmation. Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number.

Shipping Fees

Domestic shipping	Flat rate of ¥750 throughout Japan (tax included)
Free shipping	Orders of ¥10,000 or more, including tax
Okinawa and remote islands	Flat rate of ¥750 (tax included)

Carriers

Orders are shipped by Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post. The carrier cannot be selected.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days after shipment. Additional time may be required for remote islands and certain regions.

Important Information

Delivery may be delayed during the New Year holiday period, other major holidays, or due to natural disasters and similar circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
